Complete Body Map & Individualised Programming
The Complete Body Map is an in-depth assessment that looks at your past injuries & experiences, your posture, your gait & key movement patterns. Through this video based assessment, we really dig deep into your history & movement patterns as it guides us to the underlying causes of your presenting condition.
Once we have mapped out your restrictions we will sit down in a 1hr video session to review all that came up and walk you through your individualised movement practice that will work in along with the 8 week program. You will also receive a 45min review session half way through the course to tweak up your program where needed to ensure you get the most from it.
