While working with clients, I have found that this is a key turning point in so many of our lives because we “forget” how to PLAY and begin to look for external stimuli like fast-food, alcohol, & drugs to have fun. This is the starting point to when we become “unhealthy”, overweight, ill, and mentally drained and is not a path where you will find the answers that you are so desperately looking for…
Today is the day where you can make changes to your health, so move your body however it wants to be moved, listen to what it is calling out for and give it the stimulus it so desperately needs in order to start healing & thriving. If you don’t like running, don’t run-look for an activity that you do like, something where you still move your body but smile, laugh & have fun in doing so…
