Starting Monday 11th Sept, our  movement classes are starting their next cycle and we are taking bookings for the next 4 or 8 week course.

Week 1 & 5 – Spinal Flow
Week 2 & 6 – Hips & Pelvis
Week 3 & 7 – Shoulders & Thoracic Spine
Week 4 & 8 – Full Body

If you are a beginner, are getting over an injury or wanting to expand your movement journey then this course if for you.

With 2 x 60 minute classes/week and utilising my years of experience as a Movement Therapist & Rehabilitation Expert, we will help you become more aware of your body and teach you how to move Pain-Free.

Each Session is different and will use a combination of breathwork, fascial freeing, mobility drills, joint articulation, joint alignment & bodyweight strength drills to get you moving and feeling great.

Cost is $30/class or $210 for 4 Week Course/ $480 for 8 Week Course

Breathe ‘n’ Flow is a unique 60 minute class that will help you settle into your body through breath work and a gentle movement practice. This class will progress through conscious movement, spinal flow, joint articulation, joint mobility, flexibility & balance training that will unlock your restrictions and help you become more aware of how to move in your skin.

This is an excellent class to help rehabilitate through injury and progress your training.

Move ‘n’ Flow is a unique 60 minute class that will open your awareness of your body, unlock your restrictions, and teach you how to move and flow with ease. This class will progress through joint articulation, joint mobility, flexibility and progress onto crawling and flow movement patterns as well as the building blocks to stronger more mobile ankles, hips, shoulders & spine.

This is an excellent class to help rehabilitate through injury and progress your training.
